IF YOU’RE SERIOUS ABOUT COOKIES, GET SERIOUS ABOUT THESE!
Taking all the things that make great desserts great and putting them together into a cookie is pure genius. But just because we didn’t think it up on our own doesn’t mean we can’t wow everyone we know by serving these beauties. First, melt that butter until it turns golden brown. It should also have a toffee-esque smell to it. Do not overcook it though or you will have burnt butter. Which is awful.
Be sure to chill the dough for at least 20 minutes first. Then when it’s ready, roll it into balls and pop them onto a prepared baking sheet, making sure to keep enough space between them. Give them time to cool. Around 15 minutes should do the trick. If you have any remaining, keep them in an air-tight container. To enjoy them warm long after they’ve cooled, pop them in the microwave for 10 seconds and unlock that caramely bliss.
The yummy recipe that I found to make this review comes from the Bakeaholic Mama blog. Click the link below to see some more great pictures and get the detailed recipe.
