CRISPY, CREAMY, CHEWY!
Typically, a cookie that pleases everyone is the classic chocolate chip cookie. I don’t think I have ever before met someone who doesn’t like those. And I don’t think I want to. Many people like peanut butter cookies, but because of nut allergies, many people can’t have them and thus, they rank lower on the scale. Then you have the texture wars. Some people, like yours truly, like a soft and chewy cookie. I don’t like crispy, unless it’s just the edges. There’s nothing more unappealing to me than a cookie that crumbles into dust when I bite it. That’s probably why packaged cookies from the store are super-easy for me to walk right by. No thank you!
But what do you do when everyone wants something different? Make 10 different batches of things to please them all? No silly. Not unless you’re running your own bakery. Good thing I’ve got these cookies for your with bits of sweet white chocolate, coconut and cream cheese, giving it a soft yet crispy and chewy texture all in one. Yum!
