CHOC-IFIED!
For all the cooking and baking I do, I seldom seem to use my skillets for baking. I don’t know why. I have a lovely cast iron set. I did a review for some skillet brownies recently which were really fantastic, but I might just have to love this recipe even more because of the extra chocolate. It’s also an extra simple recipe that really requires no skill on your part. Plus, you can just plop down the skillet onto a trivet on the table, throw ice cream and hot fudge on top and hand everyone a spoon.
Brownies cooked in a skillet are different because they get crispy on the outside but inside are so fudgy and gooey and great. They are everything a brownie should be. This is the perfect dessert to make for a family night. Order some pizzas or make them yourself, and then bake this skillet brownie up. Let everyone dig in and then play some fun board games together. Ah, simple pleasures! Make it a fun night! Let’s go to the next page (click the Next button below) to discover how to make these Triple Chocolate Skillet Brownies.
