A CLASSY AND ELEGANT ENDING TO A MEAL!
To me, fresh berries always feel so indulgent. That’s probably because they’re usually the priciest of all the fruit options in the produce section. Berries are wonderful on their own, but of course I can’t resist them in desserts either. They add a touch of class to everything. Even if they are just the garnish. But in this triple berry tiramisu, you’ve got the berry version of this rich and iconic dessert. It’s beautiful, indulgent and the perfect thing cap off a special meal, whether you send the kids to Grandma’s and have a night alone with the hubby or you’re presenting it for special guests at your next dinner party.
The original recipe calls for Chambord which is a black raspberry liqueur. If you’re not into alcohol or will be serving children, don’t worry. I’ll tell you how to make this without a drop of alcohol. For my own personal tastes though, I had to make it with Chambord. I have a thing with Chambord, going back to my rebellious middle school days. I used to sneak it out of my dad’s liquor cabinet until he got hip to what I was doing. Then he replaced it with juice and I was not hip to what he’d done. Now I know what to do when my kids get sneaky. Alcoholic or non-alcoholic, this is definitely one for all you berry lovers out there! Let’s go to the next page (click the Next button below) to discover how to make this Triple Berry Tiramisu.
