NO CHILL TIME = SPEEDY COOKIES!
Hooray for a cookie recipe that requires no chill time. That means you can make these fast and enjoy them during YOUR chill time. They also require only a few ingredients. These just win all the way around. First, you’ll melt your butter and you’ll keep on cooking it until it starts to brown. You want to swirl it in the pan as you brown it so it doesn’t burn. Keep an eye on it, constantly swirling it until the color is golden brown. Take it off the heat and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
Next, you’ll mix up the graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking powder and salt together. Then in your stand mixer bowl, beat the sweetened condensed milk and that slightly-cooler browned butter you made. When it’s combined, you’ll add the graham cracker mixture and combine that too. Finally, you’ll add the coconut (make sure you use sweetened!) and then the chocolate chips. Scoop the dough onto your lined baking sheets and bake away. When these are done let them stay on the baking sheets for just a few minutes before moving them to cool on your wire rack. Then share these treasures with the world!
