BITE-SIZE BLISS!
I am a huge believer in cheesecake. It solves problems, at least that is what I was always led to believe as a kid when I’d watch way too many sitcoms on TV back in the 80s. Those Golden Girls were always having cheesecake. Grandmas know what’s up. I knew back then that cheesecake was the solution to just about every dilemma imaginable. It still is. At the supermarket the other day, I was totally tempted by their cheesecakes in the bakery. It didn’t help that my kids were whining for it either. But then I remembered one of the reasons why I’d run out to the supermarket in the first place. In addition to grabbing our weekly necessities, I was grabbing ingredients for some of the things I planned to try out. One of those things was this Oreo Cheesecake Bites recipe.
Oreos work so well in desserts and seem like a natural match for cheesecake. Especially with an Oreo crust. Any dessert that begins and ends with Oreos HAS TO be awesome. So instead, I reminded the kids that I’d be making them these when we got home and the whining and nagging stopped. It probably didn’t hurt that I bought another package of Oreos to hush them up with either. Let’s go to the next page (click the Next button below) to discover how to make these Oreo Cheesecake Bites.
