THEY’RE CHOCO-LICIOUS!
For the most sinfully chocolaty cookies that are like little cakes that just about melt into your mouth, you’ve got to make these. They’re totally easy too. You’ll make the cookie dough the standard way by beating everything with your mixer. No surprises here. But then! You’ll melt chocolate chips in your microwave in 30-second increments to keep them from burning until they’re melted and you will mix that melted chocolate right into your cookie dough. Pretty cool, huh?
Make sure you use parchment paper on your baking sheet and drop spoonfuls of the dough. Only bake them for a max of 7 to 8 minutes. They should be very soft inside and you do not want to over-bake them or it will ruin them. As they cool, make your icing and pour it over the cookies while it’s still hot. Don’t be impatient…let that icing set before you serve these or pop a few in your mouth yourself.
