MOVE OVER, CINNAMON ROLLS!
Lately, I’ve been finding a lot of recipes that make me feel like shouting out, “Eureka!” They make me feel as though we’ve discovered something new that we’ve never before seen and I can’t help but feel excited. And a little jealous, honestly, because I wish I’d been bright enough to dream it up first. I love cinnamon rolls. They’re so sweet and sugary and amazing. Plus, they’re an acceptable breakfast or dessert. What’s not to love, right?
Then I found these lemon rolls and was like, “MY GOD!” They’re like cinnamon rolls but instead of cinnamon and sugar, everything is lemony goodness. Plus, they have lemon curd all rolled up in there. LEMON CURD. I tell you there is nothing bad that can ever come of using lemon curd. EVER. Oh, and of course, the glaze is lemony too. Oh yes.
