EASY AS 1, 2, 3!
What would you say if I told you that it will only take you 3 steps to achieve cookie perfection with these? Yes way! Plus, there’s no chilling time needed for the dough. Once you’ve got it together, you can go go go to the oven and pop them in. It’s easy to get the dough together too. Put everything in the bowl in the order that it’s called for and mix well. Roll the dough into balls before putting them on the baking sheet. Do not grease the baking sheet.
You’re looking for about 8-10 minutes until they’re finished. They should be a light brown and will set more when they cool. As they cool, you can get the frosting together. For added decoration, you can sprinkle with coarse sugar. Or add a little food coloring to the icing for a pop of color. That’s a great idea for a party, especially a bridal or baby shower. Bellissimo!
