PERFECTLY WELL – BREAD!
This bread is practically foolproof. It comes together quickly and thanks to the density of the sweet potatoes, it stays moist. With the cinnamon and ground cloves, you have a sweet yet spicy flavor. Not sriracha spicy, but you know what I mean. Anyway, you’ll combine the flour, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and ground ginger all together in one bowl. In another bowl, you’ll put the eggs, sweet potatoes, oil and milk.
Then comes the fun part…dump the flour mixture into the wet mixture and stir it until it’s just moistened. Careful not to over-blend it. Then you can chuck in the raisins and walnuts. It is worth noting that the original poster wrote the recipe so that it could fit into those little loaf pans. But she also gives you the details on how to make it in larger pans instead, in case you don’t have the smaller ones or just want to make bigger loaves which is really helpful. You’ll just need to be mindful of the cooking time and adjust accordingly.
