ONLY 5 INGREDIENTS!
What makes this recipe even more awesome is that it only has a few ingredients. Five of them, to be precise. Sometimes the simpler, the better. The recipe calls for the use of old fashioned oats. The original poster said she wasn’t sure what would happen with quick oats. I’m not sure what would happen either as I followed the recipe by using the old fashioned variety. If you choose to use quick oats, be prepared for a different outcome, you daredevil you!
These are too easy too. You’ll melt down the peanut butter, the coconut oil and honey. Then you’ll pull it from the heat and add the oats and chocolate chips. Once the chocolate melts, you can spread it in your prepared pan and then refrigerate it. Be sure to store these in the refrigerator after you cut them too or else you’ll have a melty mess that will be no fun for anyone.
