AN APPLE A DAY…
A few months ago, one of my dear friends from college came to our city for his youngest sister’s wedding. He brought with him his lovely wife and their two adorable daughters. It was a hectic weekend for them but they wanted to make sure they got to see us. We decided our best bet was to meet at a breakfast café near their hotel. The menu was full of perfect breakfast offerings. One thing that caught our eyes was the homemade apple fritters. They sounded delightful so we ordered some for our table so we could try them and to keep the kids busy while we gabbed away.
When they arrived at our table a short time later, these things were just pure heaven. Pillowy, soft puffs of apple fritter goodness. My husband and I agreed we had to go back there again for breakfast sometime and we HAD TO get more of those apple fritters. It’s been super busy lately so we haven’t had the chance to go, but now that I’ve found this recipe, I don’t have to wait to enjoy apple fritters any more. Let’s go to the next page (click the Next button below) to discover how to make these Sugary Apple Fritters.
