SAY NO TO CHOCOLATE WITH THIS STRAWBERRY PRETZEL DELIGHT!
Did you know that there are some people in this world who suffer from CHOCOLATE allergies?! SERIOUSLY! I didn’t know that such a thing existed until relatively recently. I had brought in a tray of treats for the staff at the doggy day care where our furry little friend spends the day frolicking with his friends (thus giving Mommy a few minutes of peace and quiet), and was told that one of the counselors would be unable to enjoy any of the treats because they had chocolate.
Now, sure, I’m used to my desserts being turned down for those who want to watch their weight or don’t like one of the ingredients, and I’ve even had a few people have to turn them down because of peanut allergies – but NEVER have I had a dessert turned down because it had chocolate in it!
It was both because I was baffled and sad for this sweet young lady who had to live in a non-chocolate world that I sought out for a delicious, decadent, and delightful treat with no chocolate in it.
