MAKE A SPLASH THIS SUMMER!
Here’s a recipe that’s truly meant for a crowd, yielding 6 dozen. They’ll disappear fast too. Pool party? Beach theme? Just plain like lemons? You’ve got to do these, like now.
Like most cookies, it all begins with a large bowl filled with butter and sugar. Cream those until they turn into a light and fluffy mixture. Then the eggs get popped in one at a time. Make sure you mix each one in extremely well before adding the next. And of course, now the dry ingredients get combined with each other first, and then join the wet mixture in the big bowl, along with part of the lemonade concentrate.
Plop them onto the baking sheets by the spoonful and let them bake. When done, set them on wire racks. And now comes the very best part…you will brush them while they’re still hot with lemonade concentrate and then sprinkle them with sugar. For some real fun, serve with lemonade!
