FIRE IT UP!
So you might be wondering what the difference is between these recipes. They both use the same ingredients, including a wonderful homemade marshmallow fluff. But the methods vary slightly and it really is a matter of preference which one you like more. This one might be a little more fun simply because it employs the use of a kitchen torch. That’s always fun to use. I bought mine so I could make more crème brûlée and since I don’t get a chance to make that too often, this recipe made me really excited to burn stuff! WOOHOO!
Geez, now I sound like Beavis and Butthead. Anyway, if you don’t have a kitchen torch, don’t worry because you can just broil the marshmallows until they get that nice toasty top to them. However you do it, make sure you toast those marshmallows because it gives it that s’mores feeling. Without it, it’s still good but I’m just not entirely sure you could call it s’mores. After torching, pop these in the fridge for about an hour before you cut and serve them. Now go on and enjoy your summer night!
