MADE WITH HOMEMADE MARSHMALLOW FLUFF!
This was such a great find as recipes go. I love the thick graham cracker crust. It adds the right buttery flavor with that crunchy texture perfect for the next supporting layers of gooey goodness. And while I think it’s fun, as well as very tasty, to make your own marshmallow fluff, you can totally buy store-bought fluff. It will just be slightly less awesome than making it yourself. But hey, if you’ve got a jar of fluff in your pantry already, why not put it to use? Plus, if you don’t have a candy thermometer and aren’t interested in using one ever again, then you might be happier going with your jarred stuff.
You can melt down any chocolate you like for this – chips, hearts, kisses, chunks or whatever, but as the original poster declares, s’mores really taste the best with Hershey’s brand chocolate. I concur completely. The only thing that needs to bake in this recipe is the crust. The rest is all about layering and then a very short broil in your oven to lightly toast the marshmallow layer. Mmmm!
