PERSONAL PAN BROWNIES!
If you have multiple small cast iron skillets, you’re going to love this. If not, you can still do this in one big cast iron skillet. It really impresses as a dessert for company if you serve it in small skillets though, but no one will complain over a giant skillet of brownie. The recipe calls for using 5 small cast iron skillets so you will have to adjust accordingly if you don’t have so many skillets.
Like any other brownie, it’s very simple to make. You can even melt the chocolates in the microwave so long as you keep an eye on things and work in 30-second increments so as not to scorch it. This recipe made me laugh because at the end it says “if desired” you can add ice cream, hot fudge and toffee bits onto your warm brownie. Who would NOT desire that? I don’t think I want to meet the person that won’t at least plop a scoop of ice cream on top. Eek!
