6 INGREDIENTS AND 10 MINUTES UNTIL DONE!
Now that’s what I’m talking about. When you need something quick, sweet, salty and satisfying, you’ve got to go for these. These are easy-peasy too. You mix up peanut butter, vanilla extract, honey, dry milk and a cup of chopped peanuts into a bowl. You can chop your peanuts in your food processor with ease. Combine everything together and then by the tablespoonful, flatten it. You’ll put a mini marshmallow in the middle and wrap it around the marshmallow. Then roll it in the rest of the chopped nuts. It’s all about presentation you know.
And you’ll keep doing that until you’ve got a bunch of balls. 30 of them, to be exact. Because of the peanut butter and peanuts, this isn’t a peanut allergy-friendly recipe so if you’re serving a crowd, make sure they know before they take a bite to avoid a potential allergy catastrophe. Enjoy these tasty little treats!
