ALL YOU NEED IS YOUR MICROWAVE!
This chocolaty peanut buttery deliciousness all comes together without the use of your stove or oven. More reasons to love it! As if you needed another one! Ha! For the crust, you’re going to need about 15 Oreos. I think that’s what it took for me. I just threw them in my food processor until it measured up. Make the peanut butter ganache by covering the peanut butter chips with the heavy cream. Keep an eye on it as it microwaves. You want to nab it when the cream begins to boil. You will do the very same thing with the chocolate chips to make the chocolate ganache too.
When the peanut butter ganache is ready, pour it into your crust. Letting it set in the fridge for about 15 minutes will keep the layers apart. Or you can be wild and let the 2 types of ganache mix. That might be cool. Once you layer both types of ganache in, you can add the quartered mini Reese’s to the top which will serve as both the decoration and extra added extravagance.
This very cool recipe that I found to make this review comes from the Life, Love and Sugar blog. Click the link below to go visit the blog to see some more awesome pictures and get the detailed recipe.
