THE RED VELVET CRAZE CONTINUES!
Being from the south, red velvet is something traditional. In fact, recently my husband took us out to a lovely southern buffet restaurant. It’s not really his style of food but he didn’t complain. How could he? There was fried chicken for miles, pot roast, ribs, fried green tomatoes, catfish, and just about every southern side dish you could ever imagine. Oh, and they had these fresh-baked sweet dinner rolls that they kept bringing out, piping hot. I think the kids ate about 5 of those each.
Anyway, they had all kinds of wonderful desserts too. Yes, I tried them all, but the one that stole my heart away was their red velvet cake. It was so moist and their cream cheese frosting was out of this world. I was so happy while eating it. As I was searching for new recipes, this red velvet fudge recipe caught my eye. I knew I had to make it. I love all things red velvet. And I love fudge. It’s a total win-win! Let’s go to the next page (click the Next button below) to discover how to make this Red Velvet Fudge.
