IT’S JUST CRAZY ENOUGH TO WORK!
It’s a cake big enough for a crowd. And it’s definitely not something you’ve had before, which makes it out of this world in my book. It’s moist, banana-licious and topped with a creamy coffee frosting. It sounds strange but I am telling you, it works so well. It’s also insanely easy to make. The cake batter is a snap. Just follow the directions, adding the ingredients in the order the recipes tells you to. Also, add the eggs one at a time. Make sure you add each one and then beat it well before adding the next one. Basically, beat everything well after adding it.
Pour it into your greased baking dish. When it finishes baking, let it cool completely. When it’s cooled, you can get to your frosting. It’s butter, confectioners’ sugar, instant coffee granules and milk. See? Genius! When that’s mixed, take a clean finger or spoon and dip it in there and give it a taste. I TOLD YOU SO. Whoever came up with this recipe needs a medal. Refrain from eating all the frosting and spread it on your cake. You can garnish it with slices of banana too. Perfect!
