FESTIVE FUDGE MADE EASY!
The great pistachio-green color of these makes them look festive for the holidays. Though you don’t need to wait until the holidays roll around to make a treat like this. You have my permission to make this any time. Do you have pistachios on-hand at home? If you do, you probably have them still in the shell. Do yourself a favor and go get the shelled ones because no one has time to sit there and open a bunch of shells. Plus, if you’re popping them open yourself, you will likely be popping them into your mouth and then you won’t have enough to make this fudge.
Don’t prepare the pistachio pudding that this recipe calls for the way the pudding box suggests! You’ll just be adding it to your mixture of white chocolate and other ingredients. And make your life easier by lining the pan with foil or parchment paper before you pour the mixture in. Once the fudge sets, it will be SO much easier to get it out.
This lovely recipe that I found to make this review comes from the Chocolate, Chocolate and More blog. Click the link below to go visit the blog to see some more amazing pictures and get the detailed recipe.
