An easy dessert that pleases everyone? Sign me up! Here’s how it goes down… You’ll make your crust using your food processor. The crust is cashew based. Being that this is a peanut buttery/nutty recipe, it’s probably best to be sure no one you will be serving has a nut allergy.
Press the crumbs down into your pan and bake. The crust will also need time to cool completely. And once it does, you can get busy making the peanut butter cream cheese layer. It’s easy with a hand mixer. Spread it on top of the crust. In another bowl, you’ll mix up both puddings and let them stand until they become soft-set. Then spread it over the other layer. You’ll finish it off with a layer of whipped topping, followed by the chopped candy bar and the rest of the cashews. Let it refrigerate for at least an hour before you serve it up.
