ONLY 7 INGREDIENTS!
This is a great cookie to throw together last minute. You’ve probably got everything you need in your cabinets now, don’t you? Everyone has these things on-hand all of the time so why not put them to good use? Plus, you don’t need to chill the dough and I love cookie dough that doesn’t need any fridge time. That means you can get your cookies faster! Yay!
The original poster said she used chunky peanut butter but in my house, we’re a creamy peanut butter clan. So that’s what I used. I think the only difference would be that with chunky, your cookies will be chunkier instead of smoother. Mine were smooth and lovely. Anyway, once you make the dough, roll it into little balls and put on your parchment paper-lined baking sheets. Before baking, don’t forget to make that classic criss-cross pattern with your fork by gently flattening the cookies. They bake up fast so watch out. Then let them cool before you thoroughly enjoy them.
