HEALTHY IN DISGUISE!
It only takes a few ingredients to make this sneakily healthy dessert. It’s based with cottage cheese and your kids will NEVER guess that. You’ll puree the cottage cheese in your food processor. It will get all smooth and will not resemble cottage cheese anymore. Then you’ll add it to a large bowl and whisk in the dry Jell-O mix straight from the package.
Then grab your rubber spatula and start folding in your whipped topping. There should be no streaks left. Next, add the mandarin oranges. You can also add in mini marshmallows if you desire, which I recommend. It gives this even more of a fun taste, and if you want your kids to gobble it up, as soon as they see marshmallows, you won’t be able to stop them. Keep it refrigerated for a good 2 hours and then when you serve it, top with a little bit of whipped cream. Yum!
