FASTER AND HEALTHIER THAN MCDONALD’S!
Send them off with a nice hot breakfast that doesn’t come from a drive-thru window. Or make these on the weekend to go with a casual family brunch. First things first…cook the sausage in a skillet. In college, I remember trying to make pizza with sausage on it and I didn’t cook the sausage first. So embarrassing! For the eggs, you’ll use the same skillet as you used to cook the sausage. You’ll just wipe the skillet off so the eggs will get that sausage flavor to them. Oh yeah!
The rest is pretty straightforward. You can line your muffin tin with those paper liners but I chose not to. I sprayed the muffin tin really well with non-stick spray and these babies just popped right out. At the end of the recipe, the original poster tells you how to freeze these. You can heat these up and have them ready for everyone to take before they even finish putting on their shoes!
