BREAKFAST IN A SNAP!
Confession: I’m not a morning person. I only look like one because I have children, and those little critters never let you sleep in. EVER. Even on weekends! Of course, it’s my job to feed everyone and get them going in the morning. Me. The sleep-deprived one who once poured coffee into my kid’s sippy cup because I still have yet to get used to mornings. Some mornings, I feel like my kids are dressed like space aliens or perhaps I am setting a new trend with mismatched socks and hair sticking out in every direction. I really hate when that happens, so I’ve been taking steps to be more organized in the mornings.
One of those steps is to have a grab-and-go breakfast for just such occasions. This way, I don’t have to worry that I didn’t provide proper nutrition. These breakfast muffins are just the thing.
