Peanut butter.
Honey.
Rolled oats.
Yup. That’s it.
But let me just tell you something – when it comes to honey, don’t you dare use that stuff you see in the supermarket that comes in a bear. Read the labels and make sure you buy raw organic honey. That other stuff is processed and has nothing left of the antioxidants and other wonderful stuff that pure, real honey has. And it tastes better. Ok, that’s my PSA about honey.
To get this party started, you need to line your pan with foil and spray it with a nonstick spray. You’ll thank me for that later. You can melt the peanut butter and honey together in the microwave or on the stove. However you do it, just make sure it becomes smooth. Then add the oats. Mix it well and then spread it into your pan. Then you refrigerate it. See? The only thing easier than making these is eating them. Yum!
