OH-SO RICH AND OH-SO GOOD!
Oh, how my love for cheesecake runs deep! Before I got into baking, I loved going to The Cheesecake Factory because OMG cheesecake! Oh and those avocado eggrolls. I love avocados. So does my youngest as she munched through 2 avocados in the shopping cart at the supermarket this morning. Anyway, cheesecake always seemed like something unattainable to me as far as baking went. I was always intimidated by cheesecake recipes when I was first starting out. There’s so much you’ve got to keep an eye on and do properly or else your cheesecake won’t turn out right. So I’d spend 20 minutes or so trying to decide what type of cheesecake I should order. And always always always I would order a side of hot fudge to go with it because that’s just awesome.
One of my favorite types of cheesecakes is the turtle variety though because it’s got everything I love…chocolate, caramel, pecans and cheesecake. If you’ve always wanted to make one of these babies, try this recipe because it requires no baking (except for the brownie crust) and is a cinch to make. It’s even easier to eat! Let’s go to the next page (click the Next button below) to discover how to make this No-Bake Caramel Turtle Cheesecake.
