4 INGREDIENTS? FABULOUS!
This has to be the biggest easy since the actual Big Easy. Ok, it’s easier. And tastier too. New Orleans tastes like bourbon. Just sayin’! Anyway, with 4 ingredients, you cannot go wrong. Cereal, marshmallows, peanut butter and white chocolate. You’ll mix the cereal with the marshmallows in one bowl. In a double boiler, you’ll melt the white chocolate with the peanut butter together, or make it even easier and melt it in the microwave. Heat for 25 to 30 seconds at a time until the mixture is melted. Once it is, you can pour it over the cereal mixture and stir until it all becomes coated with the chocolaty peanut buttery goo. Incidentally, I’d just like to add that you could also add chocolate chips into this. Why not? More chocolate = more awesome.
Using a spoon and blob the mixture onto your lined pans and then get them in the fridge until the chocolate sets. That’s it! For storing, you don’t need to refrigerate these but you’ll want to keep them in a cool place or else they’ll be all sticky and messy.
