NOW HERE’S SOMETHING YOU DON’T SEE EVERY DAY!
It’s funny because when I was little and Mom would buy Neapolitan ice cream, I only wanted the chocolate section. My brother too. In fact, we’d fight about it. We had no problem with strawberry ice cream or vanilla ice cream, but in the Neapolitan ice cream box, chocolate was king and neither one of us wanted those other sections. That was like the kiss of ice cream death. But now that I’m all grown up, I can get behind all the sections in the carton of Neapolitan ice cream.
Kids are just nuts with what they want and don’t want. Case in point, my children. The other day, my youngest refused to touch chicken. Then I made pork chops last night and she screamed with glee, “Chicken!” Sigh. I never know what the next food phase will be. At least she ate the “chicken” though. Anyway, I’d love to introduce you to these Neapolitan cupcakes that I found just in time for my youngest child’s birthday. She’s a fun-loving fly-by-the-seat-of-her-pants kind of girl and I thought nothing would be better than to make a cupcake that captures all her phases. At least in this way, she’ll eat at least one layer of it, right? Let’s go to the next page (click the Next button below) to discover how to make these Neapolitan Cupcakes.
