SMALL IN SIZE. BIG IN TASTE!
If you want a sweet dessert that takes no time to throw together, surprise your family with these. They’re so good! First, you’ll mix the crumbs, sugar and butter together. Press this mixture into paper-lined muffin cups. Then you’ll beat the cream cheese mixture up. Once it’s ready, put a peanut butter cup in the center of each muffin cup and then fill it all up with the cream cheese mixture.
Bake this gloriousness up until the center has set, about 18 minutes. You’ll cool them for 10 minutes and then put them on a wire rack. Once cooled, refrigerate these gems for at least 2 hours. My advice on these? They only make 6 servings. And they are so yummy. So I made a double batch of this and we were all extra happy. That would be my only complaint about this recipe but I solved that problem. Go forth and bake!
