ADORABLE AND AWESOMELY EASY!
So, clearly these are a hit with the taste buds and those with a quirky sense of humor. Heck, I loved them for those reasons, too. However, there is nothing that I love more than a quick and easy recipe.
First of all, you only need a package of sugar cookie mix and icing to create the base of these beauties. Admittedly, it felt a little weird to put a marshmallow on top of the cookie but oh my goodness! This is what really makes the cookie stand out. (Plus, it is delicious!)
As for the happy little faces (or not so happy faces, depending on if you’re going for less of an Olaf vibe and more of a Frosty vibe), the sky is the limit with your creativity. I used edible pens, but black gel icing and regular frosting works just fine. I would highly recommend getting the kids involved in this one. These whip up in a hurry and really stand out in a crowd. Sorry, little snowmen! You’re going into my belly!
The recipe below comes from the My Imperfect Kitchen blog. Check out the blog for more images of how these cookies can look.
