A BROWNIE GAME-CHANGER!
I don’t think a week every goes by without either one (or both) of my children begging me to make brownies. While I can’t always accommodate them since I’m busy making other stuff, sometimes I go out of my way to find a new brownie recipe to test out to make them happy. It’s usually when they’ve been relatively good and they’ve done their chores. I think that helps put me in the mood for baking treats just for them. While both kids love marshmallows, my youngest is the undisputed marshmallow monster in our home. If you left her alone with a bag of marshmallows, she would eat them all. When she was smaller, she’d chomp through the bags at the supermarket, leaving me with mashed up, slobbered on marshmallows. Gross!
When I saw this recipe, I knew it was the one to try. The marshmallow layer topped with homemade frosting just makes these to die for. They’re chocolaty and sensational without causing a chocolate overdose mid-brownie. Eat the whole pan yourself though and you’ll OD for sure. Let’s go to the next page (click the Next button below) to discover how to make these Marshmallow Frosted Brownies.
