8 INGREDIENT AWESOMENESS!
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…fudge is really one of the easiest things you can ever make. It’s such an easy crowd-pleaser too and you can make it in no time. First things first – make sure your grease your pan up with butter first. Extra butter means extra good! Then you’ll take your sugar, cream and the rest of the butter and cook them over low heat until you see the sugar dissolved. Heat things up some more and get it to boil. You’ll want to keep cooking it this way for about 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
Then take it away from the heat and you’ll add the marshmallow crème and the chocolate chips. Stir this all together until you have a nice, smooth mixture. Now, this should be very white in color and that’s why you’ll want to scoop up 1 cup of it and set it aside. To the rest of it, you’ll add the orange extract and the food coloring, stirring until it’s blended well. Then, pour it into your pan. You’ll drop the white mixture you’ve reserved by the spoonful on top of the orange mixture in your pan. To make that awesome swirl pattern, simply use a butter knife to cut through it. After you let it set in the fridge, cut it up and enjoy!
