THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS!
This is so easy. It’s as easy as a sunny, summer morning when you don’t have to do a single thing but sleep in. Then you wake up because your kids are jumping on you and you realize you were dreaming about sleeping in and you feel sad. Until you make this. Then you’ll be feeling that summer breeze again. You’ll combine everything except for the ice cream and frozen lemonade and make the crumbles. You want them to be a nice golden brown. To keep them from burning, stir them once halfway through and then let them cool.
Then comes the fun part of mixing the softened ice cream with the lemonade. You’ll then sprinkle your greased dish with half of the crumbles and then top that with the ice cream mixture. The remaining crumbles go on top. Then, it’s off to the freezer for this dessert so it can get its beauty rest before you serve it the next day. Expect this one to go extra fast. Mmmmm!
