MUFFINS MADE EASY!
In no time at all, you’ll have these amazing muffins ready to go faster than a box mix, and way better too! By the way, you should know this recipe yields 40 muffins. So if you don’t want that many muffins, reduce the recipe. Or freeze the extras. Or make them for a potluck, bake sale or any other large gathering. They will be a welcome treat.
They are so easy too. You add dry ingredients to one bowl and the wet ingredients to another bowl. Then you combine the contents of the bowls. And once that happens, you can pour them into the muffin cups. See? Easy so far, right? The crumbles are made next. That’s just flour, sugar and butter. You’ll combine it until it starts to look like crumbs. Then add it to the tops of the muffins.
Bake and cool, and while they are cooling on your racks, make the glaze. You’ll want to drizzle it over the muffins while they are warm and serve immediately. You can of course eat these long after they’ve cooled but they have such an incredible charm while still warm that you really need to taste it.
