USE THEM IN YOUR RECIPES! DUH!
I love lemons. I really truly do. They give everything an extra boost of flavor in the most natural way. I put lemons in my water. I use lemon juice in marinades and sauces and dressings. And in desserts? You bet I do! There’s something so elegant about a lemon dessert, isn’t there? It begs to be served with tea and dished out with loads of gossip about the neighbors. And you could totally laugh with that lofty and snobby-sounding “Ah-ha-ha-ha” kind of laugh too. I’m not saying you should. I’m merely suggesting it as an option.
But there’s a better option than cackling away with glee at the misfortunes of others. And that option is to let them eat cake. Or at least let them eat the cake that you bake. Like a Lemon Cream Cake. Not just any lemon cake, mind you. One with lemony frosting that will simply blow your mind and make your taste buds zing in delight.
