TOO KOOL FOR SKOOL!
You know, this would be awesome to have ready on the last day of school. What a wonderful way to welcome summer! Aside from simplicity here, I love that this recipe gives you plenty of options. You’ll use one packet of Kool-Aid powder, in any flavor you choose. Grape, fruit punch, lemonade, blue raspberry…any flavor you want! You could also use the powder from the bigger canisters, but make sure you measure out the appropriate amount since the packets are premeasured. I don’t tend to keep Kool-Aid around so buying a couple packets of the stuff was a better option.
You can opt to make your own graham cracker crust, but if it’s hot out, just be lazy and get the pre-made crust. While I love making my own, I despise being hot so I usually keep extra graham cracker crusts around in the hotter months for just such a purpose.
Mix the ingredients together and pour it into the pie shell. Refrigerate or freeze it, depending on the texture you desire. In the fridge, it will be creamy and dreamy and perfect for any summer celebration.
