HAVE MORE THAN ONE PIECE!
Seriously, you can eat this whole thing without any guilt. There’s no sugar or butter in this. No oil either. And the chocolate is dark chocolate which is good for you. So there! Instead of sugar, you’ve got honey. And Greek yogurt helps add the moistness to the bread. It is so unbelievably easy too. Just round everything up in the bowl of your electric mixer. Your batter should be very thick as you add in your chocolate chips.
By the way, the recipe gives you the option of using more chocolate chips for garnishing the top and you really should. Dark chocolate as is called for in this recipe is very good for your heart. Also, it tastes good and having those extra melty chips on top ups the wow-factor. There’s nothing complex about this, except for the taste. Bake it and allow it to cool before serving. You can enjoy it while it’s still warm though, or if you want the chocolate chips to get that melty quality after it has cooled, microwave your slice for a few seconds.
