DON’T NEED MUFFIN BUT A GOOD TIME!
The recipe in the link divides the muffin-making process into 3 parts, all of them super-simple. It’s a breath of fresh air compared to homemade cinnamon rolls because those take forever. It seriously is tempting to get the pre-made stuff than to spend the hours it takes to make cinnamon rolls from scratch. These muffins are homemade and are super fast. The topping is what happens first. You’ll get it ready and set it aside. It’s ready when it’s crumbly. Easy enough so far, right? For the filling, you’ll combine all the ingredients together. The consistency should resemble pudding. Have it wait for you while you then make the muffin batter.
And for the muffin batter, you’ll whisk your wet ingredients in one bowl and in another, you’ll mix the dry ingredients. Then you combine the bowls but don’t beat them like crazy. Just stir together until everything is more or less combined. Now for the assembly. Pour some of the batter in each of your lined muffin tins and then plop in some filling, then add a little more batter on top. Then you’ll sprinkle the topping on there and bake away. Allow them to cool though you can enjoy them while still warm. As they cool, get your sugary glaze ready and drizzle it on top just before you serve it. See? SO much easier than the roll version. Enjoy!
