Sorry, not sorry, for another German chocolate-related posted. I can’t help myself. I’m still on my German chocolate cake kick and I don’t see an end in sight. And this one might just be my new favorite go-to for get-togethers and potlucks. It’s so incredibly easy and so incredibly delicious. It’s not the prettiest cake in the world, but this isn’t afternoon tea or bridal shower material. This is knock-your-socks-off chocolaty bonanza material. Plus, in the middle of it all is a sweet filling of cream cheese. You can’t go wrong with cream cheese filling in anything, especially this cake. It’s really THAT good.
