RIGHT THIS WAY TO BROWNIE BLISS!
While these surely look complex with all the drizzle and prettiness on top, they’re a total snap to make. You’ll mix up all the brownie ingredients and once you get that flour in there, mix until just combined. Don’t over-mix or it will take on a cake texture instead of a brownie one. Bake this up and allow it to cool. Once cooled, you can melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for about a minute. Once they’ve melted, pour this onto the brownies. You’ll do the same thing with the caramel if you choose to buy the bits the original poster calls for in her recipe. I had an extra jar of caramel sauce on hand so I just used that instead.
After that, you make the frosting. I used sweetened coconut for mine and it was SO sweet. But I like sweet so I was happy with that. Once it’s ready, spread it on the brownies. To really impress, garnish with melted chocolate drizzle and top with whole pecans for a presentation as wonderful as the taste.
