POTLUCK PUDDLE PERFECTION!
This recipe is easy and creates plenty to serve a crowd so take it to your next potluck, throw it on your holiday dessert table or be the winner at the school bake sale. But stash a few aside for yourself too. First, you’ll make the cookie dough for these. You’ll roll them into little balls and then plop those balls into your greased mini-muffin cups. As soon as you yank them from the oven, take the end of a wooden spoon and push a small indentation into the center of your cookies. You’ll let those cool for a few, and while you do, you’ll get that fudgetastic fudge filling ready.
Once it’s ready, fill each cookie cup up. You’ll sprinkle the peanuts on next, or you can be more festive and choose sprinkles if you’d prefer. If you’re wondering what you should do with leftover fudge filling, that’s easy. Go get a bowl, fill it with ice cream and pour the filling on top. Go hide in the laundry room or closet so your kids don’t pester you while you enjoy it too.
