LEFTOVER COFFEE REINCARNATED!
The best thing you can ever do, as I have learned, is to take any leftover brewed coffee you’ve got, pour it into ice trays and freeze it. Then you can use it for your own frappuccino. Don’t have any frozen? No worries. You can simply pour in the cold brewed coffee and add ice cubes instead. You’ll just add milk and the coffee cubes to your blender. Or the coffee and some ice cubes if you don’t have your leftover coffee already frozen. Blend this until it’s crushed and then add the chocolate syrup plus sugar to taste. Alternatively, you can add sugar substitute if you wish. I never use that stuff. Lord knows what’s REALL in it, you know/
Blend some more and then when it’s smooth, pour it into glasses. Now for the fun part – the garnishes! You can have fun with this. I used whipped cream and chocolate syrup to garnish it. I also added some sprinkles and chocolate chips because if I’m going all out, I am going all out, you know? Why stop there though? Add crushed Oreos, caramel sauce, nuts or whatever else you’ve got around to make your frozen mocha frappuccino just the way you want it.
I found this sumptuous recipe on the Chocolate, Chocolate, and More blog. Click the link below to see the blog and full recipe for this Frozen Mocha Frappuccino.
