A PORTABLE VERSION OF EVERYONE’S FAVORITE PIE!
I am a believer in pecan pie. I love it for the incredibly rich, buttery, pecany, sugary taste. I also love it because it is such a holiday staple. But you know what? You don’t need to wait until the holidays roll around to make pecan pie. In fact, you have my blessing to make it any time. Just invite me over, mkay?
Anyway, pie can be such a pain in the butt sometimes. When I’m too lazy to deal with proper crust, something like these pecan pie bars make so much sense. They’re so much easier to put together. Instead of 30 minutes of prep time rolling out the dough for the crust and trying to make it look pretty, I can prepare this for 10 minutes and let the oven do the rest for another 45 minutes. And in those 45 minutes, I can put my feet up and relax. Or read a book about pies. I’m cool like that. Let’s go to the next page (click the Next button below) to discover how to these Favorite Pecan Pie Bars.
