AN EXTRAORDINARY CHEESECAKE!
I can’t help but love cheesecake. It’s such a wonderful dessert and there are so many ways to make it. You can make different flavors, like chocolate cheesecake for example. Or you can bake them or have no-bake versions. You can top them with fruit. You can cut them up into squares and dunk them into chocolate. Oh, the possibilities are endless with cheesecake! But, as much as you can do with cheesecake, it can be tiring to look at recipe after recipe of cheesecake. That’s why when you see something different, you know you need to try it.
So what’s so different about this one? Well, like most cheesecakes, it has a rich, buttery graham cracker crust. And creamy cheesecake filling. But this one comes with a topping! OMG! Mind blown! It’s sweet yet creamy and dense, thanks to being made with sour cream. While we’re used to seeing sour cream to add density (and deliciousness!) to cakes, it’s usually in the batter.
