OH, FUDGE!
Another thing to love about fudge, aside from the taste and simplicity, is that you won’t break a sweat while making it. So many people make fudge for the holidays but I think it’s a great treat year-round. Instead of heating up my house to bake a layer cake, I can make my kids super-happy by making fudge.
It’s just 4 ingredients for this recipe. You can melt it together on the stove or in your microwave. The microwave will emit less heat but you’ll need to microwave in increments so you don’t get that burntish gross crispy chocolate problem happening. Blech.
Pour it and let it set in the fridge before attempting to cut it. SO EASY! Customize your way too. I went a little wacky and did a peppermint milk chocolate fudge (milk chocolate chips and peppermint extract) and a butterscotch milk chocolate fudge (I replaced one cup of chocolate chips with butterscotch chips). Possibilities for days!
I found this simple and delectable recipe on the Chocolate, Chocolate and More blog. Click the link below to see the site and full recipe for this Easy Chocolate Fudge.
