QUICK RECIPE = QUICK CHOCOLATE CAKE

Ingredients
- 2 medium or large eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of boiling water
- 2 cups of white sugar
- 1 3/4 cups of all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of salt

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Take two 9-inch round pans, grease it and flour it.

Take a large bowl and stir the baking soda, baking powder, flour, salt, sugar and cocoa. Then take the milk, eggs, vanilla and oil and mix it for approximately 2 minutes using a medium speed on your mixer. Finally you want to stir it in the boiling water and you should see that the batter will come out thin. Take the prepared pans and pour the contents in them evenly.

Put the pans into the preheated oven and bake it all for about 30 to 35 min. and test the cake with a toothpick to make sure its done. Let the cake cool in the pans for about ten min. and then take them out and put them on a wire rack to finish cooling.

Pour on chocolate syrup and add strawberries or other toppings that you like.
