READY, SET, BAKE!
It’s so easy to get these going, baked and ready to eat. They’ll be done in no time. You’ll mix everything together while the oven heats up. With the eggs, take care to add them one at a time and beat them extra well after you add them. The oil and the extract go last. In another bowl, take the dry ingredients and mix them together. Then you will very gradually add the wet mixture to the dry and mix it all up well. Once that happens, you’re good to go with adding the almonds and toffee.
Use a spoon to drop them onto the baking sheet and make sure the drops of dough don’t touch. When they achieve a nice golden brown color, they’re done. That’s roughly after 10 to 12 minutes. See? Told you it was easy! In the time it takes to read the recipe, you can be eating these soft and sweet cookies with that rich buttery taste of toffee. Yum!
